Status section is regarding all status condition for Emax3 and consisted of parameters System check, Warnings and Alarms.

Ekip Modules

Ekip Modules section is consisted of parameters power supply, communication Internal Bus and Communication Field Bus.

Ekip Modules parameters	Causes / suggestions for parameter
Power Supply	No alarm/warning status. Only disconnection information is avaiable
Communication Internal Bus	Alarm status: Local Bus Unit on with auxiliary supply, Local Bus parameter enabled but connection to modules not present, incorrect or communication lost (for more than five seconds). Check connection and powering of modules in terminal box or external and verify the modules connected are compatible with Ekip Aware. Warning status: Communication Internal Bus Communication issues between one or more Ekip modules and the trip unit (Bus overload, Faulty modules, Incorrect addressing or configuration)
Communication Field Bus	Alarm status: Ekip Link Bus Error Ekip Supply Evo Modbus TCP module fault: check for loss of connection to one or more actors (modules) connected to Link Bus. Communication Internal Bus

Alarm status:

Circuit Breakers

Circuit breakers section is consisted of CB Status, Breaker Switching Time , Breaker internal Temperature, Current Sensor L1,L2,L3, Ne,Gext, Trip Unit Status, Protections

Circuit Breaker parameters	Causes / suggestions for parameter
CB Status	Alarm status: Contact Wear Make sure that the contacts/poles are in good condition. Contact failure Check the status of the contacts/poles Warning status: CB status CB state incorrect (example: current present but CB in open state) CB undefined Check the circuit-breaker status signal contacts CB Contact wear Make sure that the contacts/poles are in good condition.
Breaker Switching Time	Alarm status: Alarm status is not available Warning status: Breaker Switching time This warning indicates that the circuit breaker is taking longer than expected to open or close. A common root cause is an issue with the operating mechanism, such as mechanical wear, lack of lubrication, or internal obstructions. Delayed switching can affect protection performance, so timely inspection and maintenance of the mechanism are recommended.
Breaker internal Temperature	Alarm status: Sense sensor connection Sense Sensor has been enabled, but module does not appear to be present. T alarm \|\| T alarm (Blocked Trip) Abnormal temperatures recorded by the protection trip unit. Verify the limit of T protection CB Temperature Alarm: TBD CB Temperature Alarm Blocked Trip TBD Smart Sensor warning At least one temperature sensor disconnected from Sense accessories for Booster, Predictive Maintenance On Premise, Real Temperature protection packages CB Temperature Warning/Alarm This alarm indicates that the circuit breaker is operating at an abnormally high temperature. Possible root causes include mobile contact breakage, arc chamber wear, excessive contact wear, or foreign objects between the mobile and fixed contacts. Additionally, loose busbar connections at the breaker’s terminals can increase resistance and generate excess heat. Prompt inspection is recommended to prevent damage or failure. Warning status: T pre alarm Temperature outside the operating range, Check the limits of the Protection T. CB temperature warning This alarm indicates that the circuit breaker is operating at an abnormally high temperature. Possible root causes include mobile contact breakage, arc chamber wear, excessive contact wear, or foreign objects between the mobile and fixed contacts. Additionally, loose busbar connections at the breaker’s terminals can increase resistance and generate excess heat. Prompt inspection is recommended to prevent damage or failure.
Current Sensor L1,L2,L3, Ne,Gext	Alarm status: Sensor L1,L2,L3,Ne,Gext Fault in connection of Ekip Aware sensors; check state of sensors, including external Neutral and Earth fault of MDGF if present, or contact ABB. Check current sensors, state of terminal and cables connecting to Ekip Aware. Warning status: Warning status is not available
Trip Unit Status	Alarm Status: Internal Error Internal error; contact ABB if this type of error occurs Warning status: Display OFF for temperature warning Display off owing to operating temperature off-range, check limits in T protection Battery low Replace the battery. Please be aware that the battery may explode unless it is handled correctly: do not charge, disassemble or burn. Only use batteries supplied by ABB. Use of other batteries could lead to the risk of fire or explosion. Maintanence Perform maintenance and then reset the alarm via Ekip Connect

Sense Accessories

Sense Accessories section is consisted of Trip Coil, M-Sense Enabler, Sense coils (YO1-Sense, YO2-Sense, YC1-Sense, YC2-Sense, YU1-Sense, YU2-Sense )
