| “Device not found” is displayed after a Serial scan. |

| “Ekip T&P not present” or “Ekip Programming not present” appear after an ABB key T&P scan. | 
			 You are asked to connect the connector or reinstall the driver. 
			Check that the connector is connected: if it is not, connect it, click on Cancel, then shut-down and rerun Ekip Connect. Otherwise, if it is connected, see "Installing drivers for ABB key scanning".
